Summer in the city – and Nespresso wanted to stage exactly that feeling in Vienna. Light, sun-drenched, premium, but never stiff. For a brand like Nespresso, known worldwide for elegance, the bar is high: the look has to be high-end without feeling cold – desirable, yet approachable. That's exactly where our strength lies. At genesisfilms, we stand for contemporary crossovers of cinema-worthy commercial style and progressive editing. Our credo: put our clients' brand identity in the spotlight and extract everything from the production with creative elements and the typical genesisfilms touch. For the Summer in the City campaign, we even took our cameras out to the high seas and caught the shots we needed – no effort is too much when the final image lands. We combined lifestyle footage with product close-ups and filmed at iconic Vienna locations. The progressive editing keeps the pace high, the color grading gives it the summery warmth the campaign needs. Why is that effort worth it for a brand? Because premium perception can't be claimed, it has to be shown. Every detail – the lighting, the movement, the perfectly timed cut – communicates value before a single word is spoken.
