The Challenge
Chatarmin's team is spread across the globe – from England to Egypt. Marketing, sales and the developer team came together in person for the first time at the Cape Town offsite. This one-of-a-kind energy needed to be captured so it works for employer branding and recruiting on LinkedIn.
Our Approach
For a month, we were right in the middle with anamorphic lenses and an audio kit – from the townships to the safari with the lions. Instead of staged testimonials, we documented genuine moments and cut them into a series of LinkedIn-ready clips that transport realness over gloss.
The Result
The hero clip and the entire series ran on LinkedIn and generated massive traffic in the community. It demonstrably brought in a steady stream of new applicants – talent that's genuinely excited about this ambitious environment.
