    One month. One company. Cape Town. Chatarmin brought its entire team to the southern tip of Africa and worked remotely for a month – and we at genesisfilms were right in the middle of it, capturing that energy. Why does this matter so much? In tech, teams are scattered across the globe. Chatarmin's developers sit everywhere from England to Egypt. Marketing and sales work elsewhere. On this offsite, those worlds met in person for the very first time. That exact moment – when scattered individuals become a real team – is gold for employer branding. And that's precisely what we captured. Armed with our anamorphic lenses and a professional audio kit, we weren't outside observers – we were part of the crew. From the townships to the safari with the lions, from the morning standup by the pool to the sundowner – we documented what it's actually like to work at Chatarmin.     The Challenge

    Our Approach
